S-02

Camo & Pattern Coat

Stencil-based camo patterns laid over a cured base coat. Multicam, Kryptek Highlander, digital woodland, or a custom schedule you design around your hunt. Idaho sagebrush palette, high-alpine spruce, or desert tan — each pattern discussed and laid out before a trigger is pulled. Edges are masked and blown — no feathering or bleed. Priced on the complexity of the schedule.

Lead time — 14 to 21 days
  • Multicam pattern
  • Kryptek Highlander
  • Digital woodland
  • Custom Idaho sage palette
  • Desert tan camo
  • Priced by schedule complexity

Custom Rifle Build

Chassis or wood stock, headspaced barrel, receiver lapped and torqued, trigger set to your spec, optic mounted and confirmed. Built to hunt — then Cerakoted in your color before it leaves the booth. Pistol & EDC Work

Optic cuts (MRDS footprint milled to your dot), slide serrations, threaded barrel fitment, trigger packages. Built for daily carry then Cerakoted — no reason your EDC shouldn't look as good as it functions. Glock, M&P, CZ, 1911 platforms most common. Other pistol platforms on request.

Pistol and rifle barrels threaded for suppressors. Specify your can's thread pitch and we cut to fit — 1/2x28, 5/8x24, 9/16x24, 13.5x1 LH and others on request. Idaho-friendly host gun prep for your suppressor registration. Cerakote the threaded section and cap at the same time to protect the threads.

Trigger Tuning

Lighter pull, cleaner break, shorter reset — no creep. Files and stones on the sear surfaces, polishing the engagement surfaces, setting the weight. Rings and bases sourced with the install if needed. Every optic job checked for return-to-zero before you leave the counter.

  • Iron sight install
  • Night sight press

S-08

Restoration & Refinish

Old shooters brought back to life. Strip the old finish to bare metal, address any surface rust or pitting, Cerakote in original color or a fresh schedule of your choice. Grandfather's elk rifle, an old carry gun with worn bluing — Cerakote outlasts the original finish and costs less than a re-blue. Every restoration photographed before and after.

Lead time — 2 to 4 weeks
  • Strip to bare metal
  • Surface rust removal
  • Pitting treatment
  • Full Cerakote refinish
  • Wear-part inspection
  • Before & after documented
S-09

General Repair & Clean

Full disassembly, factory-level inspection of every component, clean and lube to manufacturer specification. Wear parts identified and replaced as needed — springs, pins, extractors. Function safety check before reassembly. Ideal as pre-season maintenance before elk or deer opener, or for a firearm that hasn't been cleaned in too long.

Lead time — Same-day to one week
  • Full disassembly
  • Component inspection
  • Ultrasonic clean option
  • Lube to spec
  • Wear part replacement
  • Function safety check
Common QuestionsBefore You Drop Off a FirearmFAQ

Before you
come in.

Call ahead at (208) 417-0058 to confirm availability. Walk-ins are welcome but calling first ensures Jared is in the shop and can go through the job with you properly on arrival.

Use the quote form on this site or call (208) 417-0058. Tell us the firearm, the service, and any specifics (Cerakote color, pattern, barrel thread pitch). We'll come back with a written price and lead time. No work starts until you approve the scope.

Partial Cerakote jobs are available — slide only, barrel only, frame only. Price is based on the number of components and the coating schedule. Call or fill in the quote form and specify which components you want coated.

Both. Southeast Idaho hunting is a major driver of the work here — elk and deer rifles, chukar and pheasant guns, bolt-actions and semi-autos. Cerakote for hunting applications (field finishes, camo patterns, restoration of older rifles) is a specialty. Bring in whatever you're hunting with.

Standard solid-color Cerakote runs 10 to 14 days from drop-off. Rush jobs may be available depending on current booth volume — call ahead to discuss.

Yes. Stripped lowers, bare barrels, bare slides — single components are fine. The quote will be based on the number of parts and the coating schedule.
